Make no mistake, for this price you know this is a disposable product. With that said, I think these work just fine for cutting and notching my cigars. I’m a daily smoker so I use this quite often. I had another one just like these and it lasted maybe 4 months, which is fine! Tossed the old, started using the new one and noticed the difference how the new one cuts better. It is made ok, does not jam up or anything. Makes a nice v-notch. I’ve seen some that make the notch way too big. This one is just right. Be sure to not let your pinky finger drop into the guillotine hole when notching your cigar. Add does say pack of 4 but that included the hole punch which I don’t use. So, you only get 3 cutter/notchers.

Good stater cutter with flexibility
I would consider these more of a stater set of cutter. You get three of the same size for the price. They are plastic but they get the job done. Dont expect a perfect cut with these. Cap cliping is possible but you will have to line it up to make it work. Large opening is easy to make straight cut of a high gauge stick and V cut is a breeze. The separate punch cut ring is pretty useless because most butane lighters come with this feature. Not very portable due to size. If your looking for cheap ball point bic pen style cutter then these would be good for you. Personally i would go stainless steel for literally a few bucks more.
