2. Tobacco Products

All cigar and tobacco product sales are subject to applicable federal, state, and local laws.

At this time, cigar and tobacco product sales and shipments are available only within the State of Georgia.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order that cannot legally be fulfilled.

Shipping Estimates

• Most in-stock orders are processed within three (3) to seven (7) business days after payment is received.

Shipping estimates are provided as estimates only and are not guaranteed.

Delivery delays may occur due to carrier delays, weather, holidays, inventory availability, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

3. Payment Terms

Full payment is required before an order will be processed.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order suspected of fraud, unauthorized payment activity, or violations of these Terms & Conditions.

Chargebacks on properly fulfilled orders may result in:

4. Returns, Refunds & Cancellations

Due to health and safety regulations, all cigar and tobacco product sales are considered final.

Returns or replacements may only be approved if:

• The incorrect product was shipped.
• The product arrived damaged.
• The product arrived defective.

Customers must notify us within two (2) days of delivery and provide photographs of any damaged or incorrect items.

Cancellation requests submitted before an order has been processed may be approved at our discretion.

Orders that have already been processed or shipped may not be eligible for cancellation and may be subject to applicable processing or restocking fees.
