Acceptance of Terms

By registering for, bidding in, or purchasing items through our auction platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Auction Terms & Conditions, as well as any additional policies published on this website.

Eligibility to Bid and Purchase

All bidders and purchasers must:

• Be at least twenty-one (21) years of age to purchase cigars or other tobacco products, as required by applicable federal, state, and local law.

• Know and comply with all applicable federal, state, and local laws governing the purchase and possession of tobacco products.

• Provide valid identification or proof of age if requested before an order is processed or shipped.

We reserve the right to refuse service, deny bidding privileges, cancel transactions, or refuse shipment of any order at our sole discretion.

Cigar and Tobacco Product Sales

All cigar and tobacco-related sales are subject to applicable federal, state, and local tobacco laws and regulations, including the laws of the State of Georgia.

Georgia Sales Limitation

At this time, cigars and tobacco products are offered for sale and shipment only within the State of Georgia.

By purchasing cigars or tobacco products, the purchaser certifies that they are at least twenty-one (21) years of age and meet all legal requirements for purchasing tobacco products under applicable law.

We reserve the right to verify age prior to completing or shipping any tobacco-related order.

Sales Tax and Tax Exemption

Applicable sales tax will be added to all purchases unless a valid sales tax exemption certificate is provided and accepted prior to completion of the transaction.

Resale Purchases

If an item purchased at auction is being acquired for resale purposes, the purchaser must provide a valid and properly completed sales tax exemption or resale certificate before payment is finalized.

Failure to provide valid exemption documentation prior to invoicing or payment processing will result in applicable sales tax being charged.

The purchaser is responsible for ensuring that all exemption documentation is accurate, complete, and legally valid.

We reserve the right to reject incomplete, expired, or otherwise invalid exemption documentation.

Payment Terms

Payment is due within the timeframe specified on the auction listing or invoice.

Invoices for winning bids will be issued through our approved payment processor. Payment instructions will be included with each invoice.

Accepted payment methods may include credit card, debit card, certified funds, electronic payment, or other approved methods.

Failure to complete payment within the required timeframe may result in:

• Cancellation of the sale;

• Suspension or termination of bidding privileges;

• Relisting of the item; and/or

• Additional fees or collection efforts where permitted by law.

Shipping and Delivery

Shipping costs, insurance, taxes, and handling charges are the responsibility of the purchaser unless otherwise stated.

Cigars and tobacco products will only be shipped within the State of Georgia where legally permitted.

We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, or other events beyond our reasonable control.

Auction Finality

All auction sales are final unless otherwise required by law.

Descriptions, photographs, and condition statements are provided as a courtesy and are believed to be accurate; however, all items are sold “AS IS,” “WHERE IS,” and without warranties or guarantees of any kind, express or implied.

Bidders are responsible for conducting their own due diligence before placing bids.

Compliance With Laws

Purchasers are solely responsible for ensuring that their purchase, possession, and use of cigars or tobacco products complies with all applicable federal, state, and local laws.

We reserve the right to cancel any transaction that may violate applicable law or company policy.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of or related to participation in our auctions, purchases, shipping, or use of purchased products.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or update these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Updated terms become effective upon posting to this website.
