Well made. I’ll update the blade sharpness after a bit of use.
I was tired of having cheap, inexpensive, throw away cutters that wound up tearing my cigars. Some units are so flimsy, or have blades that were not designed to hold an edge. Some cutters require you to squeeze very hard in order to get a decent trim.This cutter is heavy, seems well built and has a solid mechanism that provides a straight and accurate cut.I like the concave resting spot for you soon to be cut cigar. When you activate the blade mechanism your cigar is positioned perfectly for a great V cut.This unit was semi expensive and I’m sure you could buy 5-6 cheap units for the cost of this one. But if it holds a nice edge for a long period of time, I’ll be happy with it. Besides trashing 1 nice stick because of a torn cut makes it worth the extra quid!I’ve bought 3-5 of these units as gifts and so far everyone is extremely satisfied.Regards,Chas

Look no further great v cutter
This is an awesome cutter if you’re still using cheap ones. Do yourself a favor and buy this. It makes nice, clean cuts. I’ve attached a photo with this cutter and one with a cheap cutter. You can see the difference, and it truly elevates your experience. It has a nice, hefty weight.

I am very impressed with this cutter so far! The box it comes in and the storage bag that comes with it are a great start. The cutter itself is very nice looking, feels very solid and of high quality. I have used it about a half a dozen times so far and the cuts have been super clean! Definitely happy with this purchase!

Great value V-cutter with hole puncher!
Great product: deeper V-cut than I thought (I was initially skeptical). Almost like my old Colibri V-cutter but better for half the price plus it comes with with a built-in hole puncher. Excellent value.
